All subscription services are billed in advance according to the plan selected (monthly or annual).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
You are responsible for payment of all fees until cancelation takes effect.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
After cancellation, you will retain access to the services until the end of the paid period, but no further charges will be incurred.
No automatic refunds for partial months or unused service periods.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following circumstances:
Service failure due to technical errors on our end
Billing errors (duplicate charges, overcharges)
Requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the billing date.
One-time setup or consulting fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing prior to purchase.
Any chargeback claims filed with your bank without contacting us first may result in suspension or termination of services.
You agree to resolve disputes directly with Summit Reputation before initiating a chargeback.
