At Summit Reputation ("we," "our," or "us"), we want you to be satisfied with our services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains your rights and our procedures for canceling services and requesting refunds.

1. Subscription Services

  • All subscription services are billed in advance according to the plan selected (monthly or annual).

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

  • You are responsible for payment of all fees until cancelation takes effect.

2. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • After cancellation, you will retain access to the services until the end of the paid period, but no further charges will be incurred.

3. Refunds

  • No automatic refunds for partial months or unused service periods.

  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following circumstances:

    • Service failure due to technical errors on our end

    • Billing errors (duplicate charges, overcharges)

  • Requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the billing date.

4. One-Time Service Fees

  • One-time setup or consulting fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing prior to purchase.

5. Chargebacks

  • Any chargeback claims filed with your bank without contacting us first may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • You agree to resolve disputes directly with Summit Reputation before initiating a chargeback.
